The Meditation Chapel

This small yet magnificent chapel was built as a prayer room and serves as a quiet place of solitude for all.  It is located on the corner of Church Street and Boatner Street and is home to countless collection of religious artwork, dating back to the 15th century, from all over the work.  the chapel itself contains a set of Gothic period chairs, which came from a ancient European church.  The prayer rails are from the Isle of Mann, and the different prie dieus (prayer desk) came from France and other parts of Europe.  The Chapel was built in style of an Episcopal Church in St. Joseph, Louisiana.  The magnificent stained glass windows are mostly American.
